It and 8.5 use TB points minus CLE points's units and scale. Reported values use published precision. Derived measures, including totals, differences, ratios, and averages, are calculated from underlying statistics without rounding. Unclear units or calculations, undefined values, or zero denominators leave the Final Value unestablished. Completion requires all specified play to conclude. For full-contest scopes, normal endings under rules in force at scheduled start, including mercy rules and unneeded periods, count. Abandonment, retirement, weather-shortening, forfeits, and awarded results do not complete unfinished Counted Play. Postponement, suspension, rescheduling, or replay after incomplete Counted Play retains the named teams or competitors and deadline; team lineups may change. Resumed play continues the record; a full replay replaces it. An individual participates only by entering Counted Play. Only evidence public by Sep 20 23:00 establishes the trigger time and source contents at fixing; resolution occurs only after that deadline. The trigger is the earliest verifiable official publication time for a record establishing completion, final statistics, and whether each relevant individual participated; absent that, its earliest verifiable capture time. Timestamps must prove those contents existed then. Fixing is the earlier of one hour after the trigger and Sep 20 23:00, or that deadline without a trigger. ESPN's record establishes the facts. A verifiably newer version of the same record supersedes older versions. Across official channels, an explicit correction or designation of authority prevails; other conflicts leave the fact unestablished. Only versions public by fixing determine facts.
