A market's deployer is its settlement authority. The registry is swept from Hyperliquid's outcomeMeta every five minutes, so a new deployer's markets are attributed from the moment they list. Volume is measured on the same basis as the dataset page. Volume is what people traded plus what the protocol paid out at settlement; the switch removes the payout. Mints, merges and negations are in neither figure: they are protocol plumbing, charted separately on the dataset page, and nobody traded them.
